Your Team at Fitzhugh Urban Flats

With over ten years of experience in the multifamily industry, Rhonda joined the Fitzhugh team as the Community Director. She has two boys, Sterling and BB. She claims to have perfected the art of tying shoes…with her eyes closed. Rhonda enjoys patio hopping during the summer and spring around the Fitzhugh area and her favorite dining spot is Zushi Sushi. When asked her favorite feature of the Fitzhugh Urban Flats Community, “I Love the Summer Kitchens which are located at each of the communities 3 pools.”

Angie is a perfect addition to the Fitzhugh Urban Flats team as the communities Assistant Manager with 10 years in the industry. She is the proud mom of four grown children and a Terrier mix, April. Hobbies and talents include singing and voiceover work, along with a passion for photography. Angie’s favorite local spot is Hook, Line and Sinker on McKinney Avenue. When asked what she likes about the Fitzhugh Community “It’s beautiful. I’m proud to show it off and to work here. I also love the great and entertaining staff I get to work with daily.”

With seven years in the industry, Lindsey is the mom of a spunky toddler named Brynn and a fabulous Yorkie named Alex. Talents include “The Gift of Gab” Lindsey is a self-proclaimed talker and can talk to anyone and make them feel comfortable while gaining a new friend. Her favorite local Dallas dining location is Pepe y Mito’s!, she’s always ready for chips and salsa. Lindsey enjoys the Dallas Shopping. They say diamonds are a girl’s best friend… but she says, a good deal is this girl’s best friend. When asked her favorite part about Fitzhugh Urban Flats, “It has to be my resident’s! It has truly turned into a community here and it’s amazing to see the camaraderie that has progressed with each new resident we move in.”

Daryl recently joins the industry and is pleased to be a part of the Behringer Harvard Residential team here at Fitzhugh Urban Flats. She enjoys cooking and loves spending time with her dog, Marley. Daryl’s favorite place to dine locally is Cyclone Anaya’s. She also enjoys walking along the Katy Trail throughout the Dallas area. When asked her favorite part about Fitzhugh Urban Flats, “The neighborhood vibe. The camaraderie between neighbors is wonderful to be a part of.”

Patricia, with over eight years in the business, cherishes her time with her three daughters and two cats, Milo & Boots. She enjoys drawing, painting and visiting the Dallas Museum of Art. Her favorite places to dine in the Fitzhugh area are Mi Cocina and Taco Diner. When asked her favorite part about Fitzhugh Urban Flats, “The Maintenance Team. They rock!”

We are truly lucky to have Doug as part of our team. With over 20 years of experience, Doug enjoys bike riding and playing with his two Corgi’s, Ezra and Chloe. Doug enjoys purchasing unique bicycles and fixing them up. One of his favorite night spots is Strangeways just down Fitzhugh. When asked his favorite part about Fitzhugh Urban Flats, “The proximity to Downtown Dallas, Uptown, Deep Ellum, West Village…location, location, location.”

Jesus is in his tenth year in the multifamily industry. He has two children, Maria and Antonio and a Great Dane named Scooby Doo. One of his best talents and hobbies is air conditioning repair. Not only does he work on this during his job here at Fitzhugh but he also really enjoys the challenge and accomplishment of fixing an a/c. Jesus enjoys eating and Herrera’s down on Fitzhugh Avenue and spending time with his family and neighbors. When asked his favorite part about Fitzhugh Urban Flats, “The community is a newer community which makes the upkeep easier and at this point it’s just maintaining the property.”

Alex is a valuable member of the team with over three years of experience in the industry. A family man, Alex enjoys taking his child to Chuck E Cheese and eating at The Grand Lux Café. When asked his favorite part about Fitzhugh Urban Flats, “I love all of the restaurants close by.”

Mario is the one keeping our grounds clean and he does a great job. With a little over two years in the industry, Mario enjoys going to independent films at The Angelica Theatre. Mario has two dogs, a Shih Tzu named Samantha and a joyful boxer named Rocco. He has an eye for decorating and creative designs. Mario enjoys eating at Hunky’s Burgers and Fries after a walk with his dogs. His favorite parts about Fitzhugh Urban Flats are the Communities three distinctive pool areas.

With a soft heart, Silvia enjoys rescuing any pets in need along with her daughter Brenda and son Eddie. She love gorillas and enjoys dancing and music. Her favorite place to dine locally is Dickey’s on Henderson St. She enjoys shopping and meeting the Residents of Fitzhugh and their furry family members.

Casimiro is new to the industry and is excited to learn here with a great team. He enjoys paling baseball, PS3 and sleeping in. Jake’s Hamburgers reigns as his favorite local eateries. When asked his favorite part about Fitzhugh Urban Flats, “I like the Residents, they are all so nice. I also enjoy working with the staff they are very helpful and friendly.”
